Description:
ADSS (All Dielectric Self-Supporting) Fiber Cable is All Dry (Gel-Free) stranded loose tube. Fibers, 250μm, are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with water-blocking yarn. The tubes (fillers) are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The tube is wrapped with a layer of water-blocking tape longitudinally. After the cable core is filled with water-blocking yarn, and combined with a thin polyethylene (PE) or AT inner sheath, After the second layer of Aramid Yarn is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, then the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath. The Fiber Optic ADSS 48 hilos Optical Cable design can span distances of 100m, 150m and 200m in light conditions.
Feature:
S-Z stranded, Water-blocking material (Gel-Free).
All Dry Cable, Fiber Optical Cable Core up to 144 fibers.
Metallic, non-metallic armored or unarmored.
FRP for center strength member.
Good water penetration, mechanical and environmental performance.
Reinforced aramid yarn, Flat FRP or Round FRP armor providing good anti-rodent performance.
Crush resistance and flexibility.
Loose tube filled with water-blocking yarns.
All Dry type cable core.
Inner & Outer Double PE or AT Outer Sheath.
Reasonable design, precise residual length control and cabling process make the cable have excellent mechanical and environmental performance.
In accordance with IEC, ITU and EIA standards.
Application:
Duct or Non-self supporting aerial
