Description:
FTTH drop cable management products for suspending cable from wooden structures including drywall, studs, and rafters. FTTH Accessories contains FTTH Accessories for installing aerial-mounted drop cable & FTTH Accessories for installing corridor drop cable & FTTH Accessories for installing indoor drop cables.
The clamp is used to support one and two pair telephone drop wires at span clamps, drive hooks, house hooks, and various drop attachments. Drop wire clamps shall hold, without slippage, a suitable length of drop wire until sufficient load is applied to break the drop wire or to a minimum tensile strength of the hook is 500 PSI.
Features and Benefits:
Light-weighted, compacted, and rugged construction.
Used for mid-span drop wire take-offs.
Galvanized steel construction meets ASTM specifications A153 and B965.
The minimum tensile strength of the clamping plates is 80,000 PSI.
The minimum tensile strength of the hook is 500 PSI.
Through controlled galvanizing with sharp and clean threads, allowing the nut to turn easily.
The clamp is manufactured so the square shank on the stud fits the square hole in the clamping plates to prevent rotation when the nut is tightened.
The clamp hook will accommodate multiple drops.
Will hold cable away from obstacles in the line of aerial construction.
Attaches to strand ranging in size from 1/4" (6.6m) to 7/16"(16m).
