Description:
GYFTA74, which is Anti-rodent or Anti-termite Fiber Cable With Triple Jacket is stranded loose tube. Fibers, 250μm, are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (fillers) are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Tape is applied around the core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then, the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. then a layer of Glass Fiber Yarn is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath providing anti-rodent performance, then the cable is covered with a PE middle sheath. Finally, the anti rodent fiber optic cable is completed with a triple Nylon outer sheath.
Feature:
S-Z stranded (up to 144 fibers), Triple Jacket.
FRP for center strength member.
Good water penetration, mechanical and environmental performance.
Reinforced glass fiber yarn, Flat FRP or Round FRP armor providing good anti-rodent performance.
Triple sheath with double armor.
Good anti-rodent and anti-termite performance.
Crush resistance and flexibility.
Loose tube filling compound.
Armored with anti-moisture aluminum tape and glass fiber tape.
Reasonable design, precise residual length control and cabling process make the cable have excellent mechanical and environmental performance.
In accordance with IEC, ITU and EIA standards
Application:
Anti-Rodent Environment.
