Description:
GYTA333, which is Stranded Loose Tube Under Sea Fiber Optic Cables. The fibers, 250um, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (fillers) are stranded around a steel wire as central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Tape is applied around the core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then, the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath, then double layers of galvanized steel wires armored to be suitable for installation in underwater environment. Finally, the under ocean fiber optic cable is completed with a PE sheath.
Feature:
S-Z stranded,Gel-filled.
Fiber Cable Under Ocean Core up to 144 fibers.
underwater cables for internet, submarine optical cable, underwater fiber optic cable, underwater cable system.
Steel Wire for center strength member.
Good water penetration, mechanical and environmental performance.
Double sheath and double armor.
Crush resistance and flexibility.
Loose tube filling compound.
Armored with steel wires and anti-moisture aluminum tape.
Underwater Optical Cable could be installed in the island, river or lake or directly buried installation.
Reasonable design, precise residual length control and cabling process make the cable have excellent mechanical and environmental performance.
Double Layers Galvanized Steel wire armor and double sheath make the cable has stronger tensile resistance, better lateral pressure resistance, moisture-proof and waterproof performance, and anti-rodent damage ability.
In accordance with IEC, ITU and EIA standards.
Application:
Underwater and Direct Buried.
